Project Blupine Energy Private Limited
In May 2023 PV Magazine Published our article on Worlds first solid state Inorganic Nano coating (Patented) on solar panels to improve efficiency, decrease cleaning cycles, etc. With the reference of that article Blupine energy Private Limited Gurugram contacted us for POC (Paid Pilot). They gave us their first site in Deh Village, Bikaner, Rajasthan.
At this site, solar panels are from Goldi Solar. The primary challenge they are encountering is sandstorms, as well as dust from tiles manufacturing industry nearby. Total number of panels is 40, with each panel having a capacity of 325 Wp. These panels are polycrystalline and are over 4 years old.
Upon receiving them, we observed a significant amount of sand adhered to all the panels. We cleaned them using high-pressure air and a soft brush to remove foreign particles such as dust and sand.
NVR Infrastructure and services Private Limited (Now Blupine Energy Private Limited) has its 10MW plant situated at Kishnayat Budhan village, Kolayat Tehasil, Bikaner district. The plant was commissioned in Feb 2013
Following the proper alignment of the panels with the frame in our coating machine, we started the coating process.
We started this site on 20th October 2023 and delivered the coated panels on 8th December 2023.
The plant owner has started monitoring the Power generation of coated panels and non-coated panels. The cleaning frequency is also being monitored. Initial results are quite positive for about 6 – 8% increase in energy generation.
