TriNANO provides Nano Coatings on Solar Panels for better power output & less operation & maintenance cost of solar panels, thence improving the performance ratio. Solar cells absorb free sunlight from the sun and convert it into electricity.

Our uniqueness lies in optimizing the performance of every solar panel, regardless of its make, type, or location. We increase energy output, extend panel life, and minimize cleaning requirements, ensuring sustainable and efficient solar power generation from day one.

Using TriNANO’s new self-cleaning, anti-reflection, and light trapping technology approx. 400 Nano meter (0.4 microns) coating adds about a 10% + performance ratio/productivity boost, eliminates the need for regular (at least about once every quarter) panel cleaning, and eliminates the risk of damaged solar panels.

Did you know a moth-eye is a non reflecting surface

TriNANO has designed a moth-eye-inspired antireflective surface by combining tiny fibers to keep the surface from reflecting. The anti-reflection surface keeps less sunlight from leaving the surface of the panel to improve efficiency. Solar cells are usually very thin and 50 percent of light will travel through without contributing to electric generation.

Floating Drop on a Lotus Leaf

Much like how a drop of water effortlessly glides and cleanses a lotus leaf’s surface as it rolls off, TriNano Coating bestows solar panels with a remarkable self-cleaning capability. The water repels due to the low surface tension and washes the dirt away with it. As the water forms into a spherical shape, it rolls right off. Just a simple air blower will wash away any debris.
